Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
If your goods are faulty and within warranty we will replace them with the exact or closest available product (if exact model is not available we will contact you). If your goods are no longer under warranty we may be able to repair them - this is judged on a case by case basis. Costs may be incurred for out of warranty repairs which are payable by the end user.
Change of Mind
Return of goods due to a change of mind is assessed on a case by case basis. If return is accept please note you are liable for any costs associated with return of the item.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
